There is no hurry from us, and none is needed from you. If what you have read has stayed with you, write to us, and we will arrange a quiet walk on the land. Not a sales floor. A pace that lets you feel whether it is yours.

Verdara will not suit everyone. An acre apiece, a finite valley. There is only so much of it, and we would rather it found the few than the many.

Walk the land

The land is the answer to most questions. Come, when you are ready, and see it for what it is: the ridgelines, the water, the standing trees, the quiet. A morning here says more than any brochure can.

The land lies near Gunjvani, in the wider Velhe country, west of Pune. Visits are by appointment.

The aim is not to make everyone want Verdara. It is for the right people to recognise it.
